At Coffee 28, our story begins with a number that means everything to us. The number 28 holds a special place in our hearts because each member of our family—my husband, our two children, and myself—was born on the 28th day of the month. What began as a beautiful family connection became the inspiration behind something even greater.

Our name also reflects a scripture close to our hearts, Romans 8:28, which reminds us that “all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (KJV)

Guided by faith, grounded in family, and fueled by a passion for bringing people together, we created Coffee 28 as a place where every cup is made with love and every guest feels welcome. We believe some of life’s greatest blessings are found in the simplest moments—a warm cup of coffee, a meaningful conversation, and a community that feels like family.
